  • Moving the Scooter
    Only move your scooter when the key is turned to the OFF position. Once you are seated and ready to go, turn the key to the ON position. It’s easy to turn the throttle when moving it, be safe and ensure the scooter is OFF.
  • Information Display
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped an LCD display with information including: Odometer Battery Charge Headlight & Turn indicator status
  • Slowing the Scooter (Brakes)
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes. There are two brake levers. The front brake is on the right handlebar, the rear brake is on the left. Gently squeeze the brake levers at the same time to come to a complete stop. Do not brake suddenly while turning.
  • Accelerate the Scooter
    Gently twist the throttle (right handle) until you attain the desired speed
  • Charging the Scooter
    Use the provided charger and plug it into the battery and a wall outlet. Takes 4-6 hours to fully charge the battery depending on size (12AH vs 20AH). Don't leave it plugged in for long periods of time once the green light indicates a full charge.
  • Brake Lights
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with both front & rear brakes that activate the rear brake light. They are activated automatically by squeezing the brake levers. Before riding, ensure that the brake lights are working correctly.
  • Safety Through Design
    Every Narwhal scooter has safety incorporated into the design to ensure a reliable and safe experience, including: A strong frame constructed of high-quality steel & durable components Fat Tires offer excellent traction & stability on many types of terrain Low Center of Gravity promotes easier riding since each Narwhal scooter is easy to balance and minimizes the chance of tipping.
  • Horn
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with a horn for audible safety. It is activated by pressing the Horn button on either handlebar housing. Before riding, ensure that the horn is working correctly.
  • Headlight
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with an LED front headlight for low light riding & for visibility. It is activated by hitting the switch on the handlebar housing. Before riding, ensure that the headlight are working correctly. We recommend always riding with the headlight turned high!
  • Turn Signals / Indicators
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with both front & rear turn signals. They are activated by the switch located on the handlebars. Before riding, ensure that all indicators are working correctly.
  • Regularly Check All Fittings
    We recommend to check all nuts, bolts, & connections before each ride. Tighten when necessary for safety & proper operation.
  • Tire Pressure
    Regularly check the tire pressure to make sure it is inflated to the proper psi. Low tire pressure can affect speed, performance, & safety.
  • Brake Maintenance
    Every Narwhal scooter is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes. We recommend replacing the brake fluid every 6 months, with (fluid type indicated on the reservoir caps). Keep brake discs wiped clean with a damp cloth or brake cleaner for best operation & to prevent squeaking.
  • Battery Maintenance & Storage
    Do not store batteries in temperatures greater than 50°C (125°F) or lower than -10°C (-14°F) for longer than 24 hrs. Extreme temperatures can damage the battery. Batteries & connections should be kept clean & free of obstacles. Do no leave batteries on chargers for longer than 1 hour after full charge, doing so will degrade capacity & void the warranty.
  • Do Not Get The Scooter Wet
    The scooters are robust & will be OK in a light rain or going through a shallow puddle. Spraying with water to clean the scooter could damage electrical components so we recommend cleaning with a damp cloth. Storing Outside? We recommend covering the scooter with a waterproof cover (available for purchase in our shop).
  • Returns
    Full Refund withing 15 days. Return shipping costs and logistics will be the responsibility of the customer. After 15 days, considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase or 300KM. Subject to approval.
  • Support
    Connect directly to our Electric Narwhal scooter team through the website, Instagram, Facebook, or via email if you have any questions. We are excited to guide you through your new adventure. All scooters & accessories have a 1 year guarantee.
  • Scooter will not Turn On
    Ensure that your battery connection is secure, & that the key is turned to the “ON” position. If the display turns on but the scooter will not accelerate, check the brakes to make sure they are not damaged or engaged.
  • Scooter is Slow
    Your Scooter will slow as the battery charge gets lower or if going up a steep hill. Charge your battery before each ride, & plan a route to avoid steep climbs. Tires may be underinflated, be sure tire pressure is correct.
  • What Methods of Payment are Accepted?
    We accept the following payments: Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc) Paypal Klarna (for customers wanting to pay in installments over time)
  • Delivery
    We offer Free Delivery of Scooters Only purchased online, anywhere in Continental Portugal! Delivery appointments will be made via email, and typically happen every 1-2 weeks. If the customer misses the delivery appointment, the scooter will be returned to our warehouse and pickup will be the customer's responsibility. Any Accessories, Merchandise, and other items can picked from our shop located at: Av. de Draveil 149, 3885-407 Esmoriz, Portugal
